When searching for a realtor, I never dreamed of finding someone so caring, attentive, communicative, and committed to her clients. Shelly always made me feel like I was her most important client. Because I live in Southern California, I figured it would be difficult to oversee the repairs and minor improvements needed to bring the property up to the standards necessary to get the best possible price. Not only were Shelly's recommendations "spot on," she even offered to find and schedule the appropriate contractors to complete the work. From listing through closing, Shelly took care of everything . . . even doing yard maintenance on her own dime! Her positive attitude was contagious and her skills were excellent, as she negotiated a sales price higher than the listing price. She used her experience and knowledge of local contractors to set up a total remodel of our house. She made recommendations for improvements that I never would have thought to make. I know this was the reason our house sold in ONE DAY. I honestly believe that without her help, we would have lost money on the sale. Instead, we got exactly what we were hoping for.
