Yesterday, I had the pleasure to meet a potential client who has had some recent challenges that are pretty tough. She has had other Realtors try to take advantage of her (shocking, no?!). She has had service providers also attempt to take advantage of her. She recently broke her ankle. She is also a recent cancer survivor. And, also recently divorced! WOW….that’s a lot to unpack, right?! When we met, I could clearly see the immense challenge of trying to pack a large full house with 2 young VERY ACTIVE demanding dogs, a cat and a broken ankle. I was overwhelmed for her!!!
As her story unfolded, it was crystal clear that she and I would be fast friends, and that I would move mountains to help her get her home ready for sale and sell it at the best possible price! She was my last client I met with yesterday and I didn’t get home until 8:15pm. She was one of the first people on my mind this morning when I woke at 5am (my rascally cats were at it again–every AM at 5 they wake me!). I sent her an email a few minutes ago, letting her know that she is in “my tribe” now and that I see her vision for her stunning property, and that I will do ALL that I can to help her get it ready and sold! I told her that her future is bright and that I hold the very best vision possible for her! ❤
